• North America: 3 - 5 business days*
• Global: 5 - 14 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 22 business days

Please Note: The shipping times listed do not include the time required for processing payments or making your products. As our products are made to order, additional time is needed to process payments and carefully craft your items before they are shipped.

Customs and International Shipping

For international orders, occasional delays may occur due to customs processes, especially for larger orders. While these instances are rare, they are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as customs clears your package.

To potentially minimize delays, if you have a recipient tax ID and are shipping inventory to yourself, please email it to us at true.beauty@tc-beauty.com and we will include it in the shipping documentation.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. We also need your contact information and order number for proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at true.beauty@tc-beauty.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6006 Springwood Dr. Arlington, Texas 76001. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address for you to print your own shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
